tks for all the concern

i didn't have a surgery

it was my dad

he went thru two

n it seems fine now

but i can't be too sure

i think i will be rushing over to japan sometime next week

but theres so much to settle with work right now

bracelets are almost all ready

i'll leave a note here when they get shipped out

been binging n not going to gym the last few days.

scary.

not going to weigh n shock myself until at least middle of march

hopefully i will have went back to my before-binging state then.....

operation has been well

just needs resting n waiting for recovery now (which would take over 2 months)

things around the house has gotten fixed (most of them)

car is now at repair

(everything is dying down)

isn't that so much fun?

Morning: nil.  |  Noon: contraceptives  |  Evening: multi vit.

Food intake:  (B-breakfast, S-snack, L-lunch, D-dinner)
no mood for calories counting or time jotting
some lunch at restaurant near house: chicken + rice + lettuce at 16:30
some chinese hotpot dinner at 20:30
Total    :  ~no idea cals intake

about 1.50 L water 

Exercise:
30 mins dog walk in afternoon
30 mins dog walk late at nite

Gym  (burnt 0cals)
nil

Operation seemed to have gone well.
Not sure yet until tomorrow.
Still a long way to go.

Both sisters trying/pretending to be nice n caring n putting pressure on me.
Ugh.  Don't even want to go into that.

I'm sorry I'm not commenting.
I hardly have time for this anymore.  But trying to still log everyday just so I can have a record of what I ate/did.

disgusting snacks aruond the city
some chinese hotpot dinner at 22:30
Total    :  ~no idea cals intake

about 2.00 L water 

Exercise:
3.5 hours walking around the city searching for something
30 mins dog walk late at nite

Gym  (burnt 0cals)
nil

honestly, i am scared about dad's operation tomorrow.  i can't be there (i'm not in japan rite now), n hes going to hv general anesthesia.  crazy thoughts keep running thru my mind of things going wrong/ he not waking up /etc..................

bf tries telling me its not like the doctors hv to work on any crucial organs, its just some shattered bones......that anesthesia is now such a common practise nothing can go wrong....blah..........  but i just can't not worry........

Dad will be having an operation on Friday, his bones at his leg is shattered.  Hope he'll recover soon. 

Well, things in the house are needing attention one after another.  Money going away in one big amount n then other.  Ugh.  Why don't someone just kill me already.
